Landlords Repair Form

Please use this form if you require a repair for a tenant. The way it works is that you fill the form giving me permission to contact the tenant and i will book them in for a repair. I will then attend and carry out the repair which will cost £65 for the repair + parts on top (if parts are unavalable only £35 will be charged). If the total for the repair will be below £100. (i average £76 for a repair and parts) If the total will be above £100 i will contact the landlord and await instructions before repairing or ordering parts. I will then contact for payment either via email invoice or payment link text and send a job card with a description of the work done.
